Successfully lead world class studio enrichment, training, and culture initiative programming in-person and 100% remote over 5 years.  During this time, developed and managed programs that led to professional and personal growth of 60-80 top artists, production, and executive personnel per year.

Key accomplishments:
- End to end execution of 95 enrichment and training sessions per year across 2 campuses and virtual.
- Produced leadership program hosting an average of 20 sessions each year, averaging 65 attendees per session, with 1 participant growing to become an award-winning show runner and 8-10 entering leadership positions on respective shows.
- Led building of livestream, recording, archiving, and on-demand access to all events and sessions through collaboration with technology, legal affairs, HR, and communications teams.
- Co-managed build and maintenance of internal studio website providing graphic design, image editing, and copy writing for 15+ pages.
- Onboarded and managed department coordinator, 2 drawing instructors, 30 drawing models, and 8 vendors providing services & trainings.
- Managed onboarding/orientation of all studio new hires (260+ annually) including building and facilitating 3+ hour weekly welcome session.
- Developed and executed:  TVA Academy, TVA Talks, live animal drawing (animals on site), life drawing, gesture drawing, Storyboard Pro training, improv for animation, Search Inside Yourself (Google), creative research sessions, animation screenings, zoo and museum tours, Disneyland research tours.

Lead production support of 22 minute episodes for new original television series with 100% on time and on (or under) budget delivery rate.  Collaborated daily with 55+ crew members, 10+ studio departments, 5-10 executives, and 2 overseas vendor studios both in person and virtually.

- Mentored production associate and secretary in art tracking, credits, script conforms, and professional growth leading to promotions and pay raises.
- Partnered with producer to build and foster a culture of creativity, efficiency, and collaboration by starting new studio “show and tell” sessions.
- Scheduled storyboard handouts, design reviews, pitches, Leica screenings, art approvals, animatic reviews, and production requests (20 episodes, 22mins).
- Partnered with producer and studio to create, coordinate, and co-host offsite premiere party with custom created swag, catered food, music entertainment, photo booth, and more for 100+ attendees.
